Melanie Davis has been in the ‘people’ business for 20 years. She has worked both internationally and nationally and in large corporate, public sector, privately owned small and medium enterprises and iwi based organisations.
She has done it all…graduate recruitment, generalist consulting, Health and Safety, Employee Relations, Human Resource Management, union relations including collective bargaining, restructuring and personal grievance management.
Melanie has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Certificate in Employment Relations Management, Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing and is a qualified Saville & Holdsworth Occupational Test Administrator.
She is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) and formerly a Member of the British Psychological Society and Graduate Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (IPD).
